TICKETING POLICY

You will find details of attendee ticket pricing and fees for the CDM 14 Conference. Ticket prices for the Conference are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased. A valid ticket entitles you to access the Conference as an Attendee. Persons who register within a particular phase must pay within that phase in order to lock in the rates. In the event that payments are made outside of the applicable phase, the rate for the next phase will be applied.

For all online transactions, WiPay Caribbean serves as the official payment gateway for the CDM 14 Conference. Once a ticket is purchased via the Conference website, the charge will appear on the cardholder’s statement as ‘WiPay Caribbean’ or ‘WiPay Barbados.’ This is a legitimate charge associated with your registration, and cardholders are advised to recognise these descriptors accordingly.
